our inaugural INERTIA offsite will gather around ten individuals for a transformative multi-day experience. expect indelible moments, profound connections, & networking that shifts trajectories.

this event will feature eleven INERTIA sessions - each one designed to help you refresh, reconfigure, & expand. each individual will have the opportunity to highlight their skills & needs with the group to foster future collaboration & partnerships.

pricing is intentional, designed to be run in a way that provides excellent access in a group setting. the total retail value of the combined individual activities, meals, experiences, & stays is over $8,000. we are delighted to bring this 4 day, 3 night retreat to individuals starting at $4,000 for singles and $6,400 for a partnered pair.

everything is included in the pricing presented from arrival to departure, including transfers, meals, lodging, & experiences.

Thursday, April 23, 2026

3:00p Start

→ arrive by time to Skaneateles Fields Resort

→ fly in to SYR International Airport, train in to SYR Amtrak Train Station, or drive directly to Skaneateles, NY

→ group introductions & immersive activity at Rescue Me Ranch, a horse rescue

→ return to hotel for dinner prep

7:30p Dinner

→ group dinner at the Fields Restaurant, which sources all produce from local farms

Friday, April 24, 2026

Morning Start

→ group private yoga experience with the region’s best instructor: Sky Yoga

→ group breakfast at Fields Restaurant followed by a morning walk

→ private transfer to Aurora Inn Spa

10:00a Spa Experience

→ experience solo, paired, & group activities in saunas, cold plunges, and heated indoor / outdoor pools

→ each individual will have their own massage or similar spa experience during this window

→ onsite lunch at the cafe featuring local delicacies

3:00p Farmhouse Inception
